Regression, is about looking at childhood influences and helps with anxiety, depression and relationship problems. Past life regression helps with major trauma, in finding peace and resolution. This therapy should be used in a long term process of healing and release, rather than a one off experience. Hypnotherapy should be entered into with regular appointments over weeks or months, not as a quick fix. During the first session we talk about how regular the sessions are and we agree on a comfortable price, the price comes down greatly with commitment, please discuss before booking.
